Each client has an associate assigned as an Account Manager. The job of the Account Manager is to assist our clients with ordering supplies, product information, delivery updates, ER deliveries & purchasing solutions. Our Account Managers ensure all aspects of business pertaining to the client are completed promptly, professionally, and efficiently. The Account Manager is usually the main point of contact in the company, but the client is free to contact anyone in the office at any time. It is common for our larger clients to develop relationships with a number of our customer representatives.
